Interviews: Spec Boogie - From Bed Stuy to London

Code Emphasis met up with Spec Boogie and had a stroll around town on his first visit to London. Spec Boogie, Brooklyn resident by way of Bed Stuy spoke openly about growing up in his home town and reminisced about his first experiences of Mcing in his neighbourhood. Not leaving it there we had to talk about the dope 'Specflix' series where he fuses his love of film with his love of hip hop. Spec also talks about the tragic loss of Guru and the impact he had on him and on the Hip Hop movement. Code Emphasis also gets the scoop on what's to come with his forthcoming album.
